PROSPECT HEIGHTS Vanderbilt and Sixpoint are teaming up tonight for a nose-to-tail, pork-centric meal by Chef Saul Bolton. All four courses will be paired with a Sixpoint beer including a new coffee-based brew that they’ll debut during at the dinner.
