This week, applewood is hosting its monthly Sunday night cocktail social from 8 to midnight, where guest bartender Frank Cisneros of Prime Meats will lend a hand to the restaurant’s already formidable staff of mixologists. The drink menu promises to include tributes to Oscar Wilde, whose legendary trial began on April 3, and Jesse James, who was shot on the same date, as well as a spring punch and Bols Genever, a celebrated Dutch gin. In addition, applewood’s talented chefs will be serving small plates that feature fresh spring ingredients.
