If you haven’t already joined in on the pickling/canning craze, this week is the perfect time to start. On Tuesday at LaunchPad, food blogger Nomnivorous will be teaching two classic methods, waterbath canning and quick pickling. Attendees will learn how to make delicious pickled goodness out of cucumbers and Szechuan green beans, as well as how to apply their new skills to the last summer fruits and veggies.
