The end of February and the start of spring are near and that means it’s time to celebrate! This Thursday Yummy Eats is throwing an end of February pop-up party at The Diamond with a curated menu and drink specials all night. Yummy Eats creates a menu of classic dishes with a twist, using fresh, seasonal ingredients; the night’s offerings include prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and basil skewers, BLT sliders, mini lobster rolls and more.
