With the Brooklyn brand so hot that even the Parisians are using the phrase “très Brooklyn” to describe good food, many local producers are rightly thinking of exporting their goods abroad. If you fall in that category, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, together with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will be schooling interested parties on the ins and outs of exporting on May 30 at Brooklyn Public Library. The event is free, but you should register by Friday.
