If the holidays in general, or the rare convergence of Thanksgiving and Hanukkah this year made you curious about Judaism–whether or not you’re Jewish–it’s always a good time to get acquainted with Jewish culture. (In fact, you owe it to yourself as a New Yorker.) A Taste of Judaism is a series of three weekly free classes for Jews and non-Jews alike who are curious about understanding the culture and religion and how it affects their lives. The classes are offered in both Brooklyn and the Upper West Side and begin in January. Space is limited, so contact Cantor Caitlin Bromberg at cbromber@urj.org to register, or click here to learn more.
