On Sunday at 2pm, Brooklyn Bazaar is hosting the area’s finest ice cream purveyors for this year’s Brooklyn Ice Cream Takedown, a celebration of the best dessert, for my money, that the human race has come up with to date. As always, a cohort of creative and enterprising home cooks will duke it to get their cold, creamy confection crowned best in show by the audience, and you get to sample all the entries and vote on your favorites, for the cost of your $25 ticket.
