Hard cider has a reputation for being an autumnal drink, but a not-too-sweet, fruit-forward cider can taste like summer in a glass. Bad Seed Cider cans and distributes their flagship Dry Hard Cider, but to sample all their small-batch specialties, including Hibiscus Ginger Cider, Honey Mint Cider, and Space Cadet (hopped with Galaxy and Apollo hops), you’ve got to hit one of their upstate tap rooms or visit them in Crown Heights, where they keep 12 ciders on draft.
