UPDATE: The screening on 7/23 has been cancelled due to rain but the rest of the screenings this week will take place as scheduled.
This week, an 18-foot geodesic dome will be parked at Freehold in Williamsburg featuring the work of filmmaker Cyrus Sutton. “I AM THIS” includes footage of his film of the same name, and explores the mystical and natural connections we have to each other and the planet. Guayakí has brought the visual art experience to NYC as part of its Come to Life series of events in New York, all focused on the regenerative movement and sustainability. The free with RSVP screenings are every half hour from 6pm to 10pm, Wednesday, July 24 to Friday, July 26 with plenty of their Yerba Mate for the partaking. At minimum it will be unique: When is the last time you crawled into a dome to see anything?
