Friday night marks the close of another successful summer series from Rooftop Films, and they’re celebrating with an evening of short film screenings en plein air in bucolic Green-Wood Cemetery. “Rooftop Shots: Closing Night 2019″ features six films by directors from all over the world which explore topics like a Mumbai family’s adopted pet chicken, young love, and storm chasing. The screenings begin once the sun goes down at 9pm, and are followed by a Q&A and afterparty, but if you arrive at 7:45, you can catch live music by Alsarah & The Nubatones. Tickets are $16 each, and are available online and at the door.
